Ingredients For Aloo Bhajias Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Peel,wash & thinly slice 2 large Potatoes to get even groundles.Leave in cold water.
  • 2. In a bowl,add 1 cup Besan or gram flour ,a pinch of red chilli powder ,a pinch of baking soda & salt to taste.
  • 3. Add water gradually & whisk to get a smooth batter that is not too thick nor too thin .
  • 4. Wipe the Potato slices & add to Besan batter.Drop each batter coated potato slice in hot oil & fry on medium heat till golden.
  • 5. Remove on kitchen towel.Serve with green chutney or ketchup.
