I have made these aloo tikkis using rajgiri atta , usually ths atta is used during fasts where no onions, garlic an rice r eaten , usually sindhis make it during 'gyras' it's one of the famous festival an it's customs everyone follows
Don't add too much of anardana otherwise ur tikkis wil b more khatta in taste
