In a nonstick pan, fry the poppy seeds and separate them, then fry them by adding dry fruit ghee, grind the dates figs and remove them in the pan.

Saute dates figs on low heat, grind dry fruits and then mix them with ghee, cardamom powder, milk powder and cook them when they get thick.

Now make a roll of the mixture, wrap it in polythene and keep it in the fridge for a while, then cut it with poppy seeds and serve it by garnishing pistachios.
