Ingredients For Baby corn kurma Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the corn into pieces, and boil them with salt.
  • 2. Once boiled drained the water, keep a side.
  • 3. Take a mixie jar, and make a smooth paste of tomato and above spices.
  • 4. Take a pan, add oil and heat it, add onion slices, chopped green chillies, fry until tender.
  • 5. Add boiled baby corn pieces, turmeric powder to it, stir well.
  • 6. Now add tomato and spices paste, ginger, garlic paste to it.
  • 7. Add red chilly powder, salt as per taste to the above mix, stir well.
  • 8. Allow it to cook till the oil oozes.
  • 9. Finally take a cup of curd, whisk well.
  • 10. Transfer this to the above curry. Cook for 2minutes.
  • 11. Serve hot with rice or roti
