Ingredients For Baigan Pakoda Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Cut the brinjal into long and little thick wedges. Put it into water.
  • 2. Take a plate arrange the pieces of brinjal. Sprinkle salt , chat masala, Amchur powder and red chilli powder. Keep it aside for marination.
  • 3. Take a mixing bowl add besan , salt as per taste, turmeric powder and 1/4 tsp red chilli powder . Mix it.
  • 4. Gradually add water and make thick but flowing batter. Keep it aside for rest.
  • 5. Heat oil . Dip marinated brinjal pieces into the batter. Deep fry on medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
