Methods
  • 1. Take bajra washed it and soaked in water for 2-3 hours.wash dal and soaked it in water for half hour
  • 2. In a pressure cooker add oil heat it.add cumin seeds when it crakers add onion saute until it translucent add ginger garlic paste saute few seconds to that it's raw smell goes.now add chopped tomatoes and green chillies.mix well. add vegetables.
  • 3. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder and salt as per taste.saute two minutes then add soaked bajra and dal.add water mix all well. cooked it high flame for one whistle then turn the flame medium and cooked it for 3-4 whistle.switch off the flame.release the pressure naturally.the healthy khichdi i
