Take a bowl and add bajra atta in it and add 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, pinch turmeric powder, hing , salt to taste and 1 tbsp oil in it and mix it and make a dough of it

Then make medium size rolls out of it and boil it in water for 10 minutes

Then take it out of water and cut it into small pieces

Then take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, hing and sesame seeds in it

Then add the boiled pieces of the dough and the remaining spices in it and mix it well
