Ingredients For Bajre ke gatte Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a bowl and add bajra atta in it and add 3/4 tsp red chilli powder, pinch turmeric powder, hing , salt to taste and 1 tbsp oil in it and mix it and make a dough of it
  • 2. Then make medium size rolls out of it and boil it in water for 10 minutes
  • 3. Then take it out of water and cut it into small pieces
  • 4. Then take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, hing and sesame seeds in it
  • 5. Then add the boiled pieces of the dough and the remaining spices in it and mix it well
  • 6. Garnish with coriander leaves
