Ingredients For Balushahi Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a mixing jar take maida, baking powder, salt & ghee. Mix well.
  • 2. Add water & mix it well. Do not knead the dough in this recipe. Just bind it with light hands.
  • 3. Cover it & keep rest for 15 minutes.
  • 4. After that take small portion from dough, make round balls & make a hole in the centre.
  • 5. Deep fry the balls in ghee or oil till it turns golden brown.
  • 6. Add little water with sugar & make one thread consistency syrup.
  • 7. Soak the fried balushahi in lukewarm syrup for 5 to 7 minutes & then take out.
  • 8. Decorate balushahi with dry fruits.
  • 9. Enjoy.
