1- Roast Barley Flour in kadhi when it smells well and colour change then off the flame.2- Take a pan add khoya for roasting.4- Then add roasted Barley Flour mix well.5- Add sugar, chopped dryfruits in this.6- Off the flame. Now when it cool down then make laddoo.
