Ingredients For Blue Phirani with jacfruit recipe

Methods
  • 1. first soak and dry rice and make rawa out of that rice, chop small pieces for jackfruits
  • 2. Now keep thick bottom pan and add ghee then rice rawa and fry till light golden brown.
  • 3. Add milk and keep on boiling and till rawa get soft,switch off gass.
  • 4. now take 1/2 cup boiling hot water add flowers and take out blue extract of butterfly pea flowers
  • 5. Add this extract in above phirani and then add cardamom powder and and jackfruit mix well.
  • 6. Now pour phirani in earthen bowl and garnish with dryfruits and jackfruit and keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour to set
  • 7. serve cold ,its too much tasty with healthy ingredients and natural butterfly pea blue color .
