Firstly, tear the bread into small pieces and soak in milk for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes mash them smooth. Add the paneer and mix till everything is smoothly.

Now, heat up a pan over medium flame and add ghee. Pour the bread and paneer mixture onto the pan and cook stirring continuously. After 2-3 minutes, add milkmaid and keep cooking in low flame.

After some time, the mixture will start separating from the pan. Just at that point, add milk powder. Keep cooking. Add the cardamom powder.

Transfer the mixture into a greased tray and let it set for 10-15 minutes. After that, cut them into square shapes and enjoy.
