Methods
  • 1. Weigh all the ingredients properly and mix all the dry ingredients all together.
  • 2. Make a well out of it and pour water along with milk and mix them.
  • 3. This will result in a sticky dough, knead it well till it doesn't stick to your plam.
  • 4. Add eggs and butter in the dough and again knead it.
  • 5. Cover it with a damp cloth and let it ferment for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Remove the excess air and shape a small and a big ball in the ratio of 1:3.
  • 7. Make a hole with your finger and put the small roll in it.
  • 8. Grease the baking tray and bake at 210⁰ C for about 10 minutes.
