Methods
  • 1. Heat oil in a pan. Add finely chopped garlic and saute till it changes color.
  • 2. Add broccoli and saute for 2-3 minute on medium flame.
  • 3. Remove pan from heat and add cream. Saute it on low flame till cream thickens and broccoli gets coated evenly.
  • 4. Add salt and pepper. Saute for 30 seconds more and serve hot.
