Ingredients For Carrot in Cream Sauce Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take one sauce, add butter and heat till it melts on medium flame.
  • 2. Once butter melts, add flour. Keep on whisking continuously so that it doesn't form lumps.
  • 3. Now add cream, salt and pepper in pan and cook for 5 min. Meanwhile cut carrots in thin slices.
  • 4. Now add carrots and cook for few minutes, till they mix in cream.
  • 5. Switch off the flame and put it in a serving bowl.
  • 6. Sprinkle some pepper on top and serve hot. Make sure to consume within 2-3 hour for better taste.
