Methods
  • 1. Wash & roughly dice broccoli florets & potatoes too.
  • 2. In a pan,add butter.Saute onion,Garlic & pepper & broccoli florets for 2 mins.
  • 3. Add adequate water & pressure cook for 2 whistles.Once the pressure releases opencooker & allow veggies to cool completely.
  • 4. Drain the veggies.Puree the remaining veggies into a smooth paste using blender.
  • 5. Transfer the broccolli puree to a pan.Add drained water before into the soup & let it boil a bit.
  • 6. Add milk mix & simmer well on low flame.Add some oregano powder,salt & pepper powder for seasoning.Mix.
  • 7. Add cream at last mix & finish the soup.
  • 8. Serve hot brocolli soup.
