Methods
  • 1. In a pre heated pressure cooker add ghee n all whole spices
  • 2. Now add chopped onions n fry
  • 3. Now add all vegetables n fry add salt fry for 5 mins in medium heat
  • 4. Now add biriyani masala n fry add washed brown rice n mix well add paneer cubes n mix well add water, allow it to start boiling now add chopped COriender leaves n pudina n cover the lid, slower the flame to medium n put it for 3 whistle.
  • 5. After the pressure is over than serve with riata.
