Ingredients For Brown rice Rajma Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First rice has to be washed thoroughly and has to soaked in the water for 30 minutes.
  • 2. After that the rice has to be strained from the water.
  • 3. Now in a pan add ghee and add whole spices.
  • 4. After that when the fragrance starts coming out add chopped onion and stir it till golden brown.
  • 5. Then add ginger garlic paste and stir it now add chopped tomato, green chillies,
  • 6. Turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt to taste and mix it.
  • 7. Add the cooked rajma beans and mix it well.
  • 8. Now add the rice mix it after that add water, coriander leaves, lemon juice
  • 9. And garam masala powder then mix it well and cover it.
  • 10. Now cook the rice in medium to low flame until it becomes soft.
  • 11. Finally turn off the flame and cover it for 5 minutes.
  • 12. Now serve it.
