Ingredients For Brown rice Rajma Pulao Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Rajma has to be soaked for overnight. Then boil the rajma in a cooker and wait till 4 whistle.
  • 2. Now soak the rice for 30 minutes and strain the water.
  • 3. Now put ghee on a frying pan and add whole spices and bay leaves.
  • 4. When the fragrance starts coming out, then give onion and fry it till golden brown.
  • 5. Now give ginger garlic paste and stir it then add chopped tomato and green chillies.
  • 6. Then add turmeric and salt according to taste.
  • 7. Now fry all the spices well till they become soft
  • 8. Now give the rajma and stir it for few minutes
  • 9. Then add rice and again stir it for 2 minutes.
  • 10. Now after that add water and now one by one give coriander leaves, lemon juice
  • 11. And garam masala powder and mix all the ingredients.
  • 12. Then in a low medium flame cover it till it become soft
  • 13. Finally, turn off the flame and keep it covered for 5 minutes.
  • 14. Now serve it.
