Heat ghee in a pan. Add coconut, mawa, milkmaid. Add 1/2cup of chopped dry fruits. Cook it till the mixture became sticky.

Stuffing is ready.

Boil 1/2cup of water. When it will start to leave bubble. that time add rice flour and salt. Make the flame low and cook it. When it became dry then cover it and switch off the flame.

Make it cool for few minutes and knead it well. Cover it with a wet cloth. Keep rest for 10minutes.

Heat another pan and add sugar in it. Cook it in medium flame to make it's caramel. When it will start to change the colour that time add milk in it. Boil it in high.

In the meantime we have to make puli pitha. Take small portion from rice dough, flatten it and put 1tbspn coconut mixture. Seal the edges. Make all the puli pitha in this way.

Now add milkmaid in milk & mix it well.

Add puli pitha in milk, cover it and cook it for 10 to 15 minutes in medium flame.

Add some chopped dry fruits and make the milk thick.

Once it's done switch off the flame & enjoy chilled.
