Methods
  • 1. In a large pot add florets with water and 1/4 tsp salt, let it boil till it becomes soft. Drain it.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl add besan, red chilly powder, turmeric and salt, add water to make pouring batter.
  • 3. Dip each florets in batter and deep fry till done. Serve with chai.
