Ingredients For Centre Filled Aloo Tikki Recipe

Methods
  • 1. In a bowl mash the potatoes until fine and add alll the spices to it.
  • 2. Add bread crumbs to the mixture. Combine them well and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • 3. Cut small slices of cheese / grated it and add oregano to it.
  • 4. Take out the mixture. Make small balls and press them gently place the cheese and seal the tikki.
  • 5. Place them on a heated pan with oil. Fry until crispy.
  • 6. Have them as they are or use them as burger tikkis. Enjoy.
