We tried this creative plating of our regular bhel with a zist of jeeralu powder to make the bhel more flavorful. My kids loved the taste and rated it a great delicacy.
1.
Take a big pan add 2 tbspoon oil . Heat it. Add puffed Rice with turmeric and salt then keep stirring on low flame for 5 minutes until crispy.

Take a seperate big bowl. Add potatoes, onions,tomatoes ,cucumber,peanuts,chana dal ,red chili powder,Jeeralu powder,lemon juice, mint chutney, tamarind and dates chutney, chopped coriander.

Take the puffed Rice mixture and mix it with the later mixture then add puri (sev puri) .

FOR ATTRACTIVE PLATING : Make a paper cone. Use thick paper. Put the entire recipe in the cone and press gently. Place a plate on the cone then flip it upside down and set accordingly for the shape. Carefully lift the paper cone and garnish with nylon sev and pomegranate.
