Methods
  • 1. Take a large bowl add cheena, all purpose flour,carom seeds,onion seeds,salt and clarified butter and mix well. Knead with cheena pani to make a stiff dough.
  • 2. Make a crumb like texture. Keep aside for 30 minutes.
  • 3. Knead it again. Divide the dough into round balls.
  • 4. Roll out dough into thick circle. Now cut the circle in small diamond shapes.
  • 5. Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the namakpara on slow flame till golden brown.
  • 6. Drain on paper napkin. Serve with hot tea or coffee.
