Ingredients For Chicken Biryani Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Boil rice in water with salt and lemon juice, drain water and keep rice aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in the pressure cooker. Add chopped onion & fry it.
  • 3. Take chicken, put a cup of water in pressure cooker. Add the chicken pieces, add biryani masala, ginger garlic paste. Pressure cook for 15 minutes.
  • 4. Once the chicken is cooked, put in curd and keep it aside. Layer the rice and chicken together..
  • 5. First a layer of rice then chicken and then a layer of rice again. Top it with fried onions, raisins and cashews (roasted or fried).
  • 6. Add color and Ghee.K eep on the dum. Serve once it is done.
