Ingredients For Chicken Ravioli Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First, in a bowl mix all-purpose flour, eggs, water salt and 1 tbsp butter. Knead till smooth dough, cover and set aside.
  • 2. SautĂ© the shredded chicken with 1 tbsp butter, garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper, Italian herbs and salt. Add cheese. Transfer it to a bowl.
  • 3. Roll out the dough into thin sheets. Place a teaspoonful of chicken filling at the center and make the raviolis.
  • 4. Seal the edges firmly. Boil water in a big pan and cook the raviolis for five minutes. Drain away the water.
  • 5. For the sauce, heat olive oil in a pan and add grated onion and tomatoes. SautĂ© it till translucent. Add Italian herbs, black pepper and salt.
  • 6. Now add the cooked raviolis and mix properly. Sprinkle chili flakes, Italian herbs . Serve immediately.
