Methods
  • 1. In a bowl add warm milk, sugar and dry yeast restfor 5 mins yeast froths then add maida baking powder ,salt and butter . Crumble it .
  • 2. Now add water and knead a soft and smooth dough. Cover and rest for 1 hour.
  • 3. Punch and knead it once again. Now take a ball sized dough out of if roll it and cut a big circle shape using a bowl.
  • 4. Now take a small cap of bottle and cut it out. The doughnut is ready. Keep it for another 3 hrs.
  • 5. Now in a bowl add powder sugar , cocoa powder , milk and vanilla extract . Mix it well . Chocolate hlaze is ready .
  • 6. Fry the doughnuts and dip it into the chocolate glaze . Chocolate doughnuts are ready to eat.
