Take a bowl combine all purpose flour,salt,onion seeds,carom seeds and clarified butter,with the help of little water make a soft doug. Keep aside for 30 minutes.

Wash and grate cucumber and squeeze it.

Now add all stuffing ingredients except salt and mix well.

Divide the dough into balls, add the salt in the cucumber stuffing and stuff the ball and roll out kachori.
5.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the kachori until brown and crispy.
