firstly, in a large bowl,take milk and milk powder and whisk well till the milk powder combines well without any lumps.

Now add yoghurt and condensed milk and whisk smooth making sure everything is combined well.

Transfer the milk mixture to a round pan and sprinkle ¼ tsp saffron strands over the mixture.

Cover with aluminium foil or place a pate to prevent water from entering while steaming.

Place the pan into a steamer with enough water. alternatively, place in the cooker without keeping the whistle and steam for 25-30 minutes. make sure to add water to the steamer if water finishes off in between.

Remove the aluminium foil and check if the toothpick inserted comes out clean and refrigerate the set yogurt mixture for an hour or till it sets completely.
7.
Cut with help of moulds into desired pieces. Garnish with saffron and serve cold.
