First of all prepare dough by using all ingredients of dough and now cover it for few minute

Next we prepare chole masala for this take a pan add jeera, Ginger garlic paste and saute for a min then add onion and keep stirring constantly now add tomato andall spices with little water and put chole on it covered it and and give 3,4 whistle and then it's ready

Next prepare aloo masala in same pan and preapre it.

Now from dough take a ball and roll it lengthwise and cut it into long stripes and arrange this in ring mould and deep fry it in medium flame to make it crispy

Now arrange this in a plate and serve it with dahi, imli chutney, beetroot chutney and mint chutney
