Methods
  • 1. First of all wash and soak urad dal in waterfor an hour or 2.
  • 2. Add ginger and green chilli into dal n grind into paste.
  • 3. Now take curd. Beat it. Add salt and sugar.
  • 4. Keep the curd aside. Now heat the oil in a kadai.
  • 5. Take urad dal paste in a bowl beat it nicely and make it fluffy.
  • 6. Add salt to taste and then deep fry the dal vada on a slow medium flame.
  • 7. Once fried put it in a water mixed with 2 to 3 tablespoons of curd mixture.
  • 8. Soak Vada for a while. Now to serve.
  • 9. Put vadas in a bowl, add beater curd( mixed with salt n sugar).
  • 10. Sprinkle roasted jeera powder, black salt and red chilli powder.
  • 11. Serve and enjoy.
