Dragon Yogurt Smoothie

This smoothie is a mix of dragon fruit, yogurt, and honey. Dragon fruit is a superfood with loads of goodness. Dragon fruits have a surprising number of phytonutrients. Rich in antioxidants, they contain vitamin C, polyunsaturated fatty acids, and several B vitamins for carbohydrate metabolism, as well as carotene and protein. This fruit blended along with fresh yogurt proves to be the best energy, chilling, refreshing drink during the fasting and summer season.

Ingredients For Dragon Yogurt Smoothie

Methods
  • 1. Wash the dragon fruit . Cut into two halves . Scoop out the flesh of the fruit . In a blender, add the scooped flesh of the fruit.
  • 2. Add 200 grams yogurt to the blender . Add water and blend all together into a smooth smoothie . Should be of pouring consistency and needn’t be too watery.
  • 3. Now transfer the smoothie into the serving glasses.
  • 4. Drizzle honey generously on top of the smoothie. Adjust sweetness as per your taste.
  • 5. Chill chill dragon yogurt smoothie is ready.
