Methods
  • 1. In a grinder, grind almonds, pistachios, suger and cardamom. Make a fine powder. Keep it aside.
  • 2. In a pan heat ghee and add wheat flour. Mix and roast on medium flame till golden brown or a nice aroma comes on.
  • 3. Roast 10 minutes till wheat flour releases ghee. Remove from heat and cool down slightly. Add prepared suger and nuts powder and mix with hands.
  • 4. Apply some ghee on your palm and Make small sized laddoo . Garnish with chopped almonds and keep it in jar.
