Methods
  • 1. Take milk in a pan and start boiling it.
  • 2. Now mix a table spoon of cornflour in some milk.
  • 3. Now, when the milk is reduced to half add the cornflour mixture, cardamom powder, sugar and colour.
  • 4. At last add chopped nuts and let it boil. When it is thick, switch of the flame.
  • 5. Let it cool at room temperature, then put in a container and freeze.
  • 6. Serve chilled.
