Methods

How to make English breakfast muffins Christmas tree recipe

1. Wash and soak moong for 4 to 5 hours.Pressure cook till soft.
2. Heat oil in a pan.Fry ginger garlic paste till raw smell goes.Add onion and tomato, salt, turmeric..fry till translucent
3. Add cooked moong, Maggi masala ae magic..stir well.Cook for 2 min.Turn off heat.
4. Soak semolina in 0.5 cup water for an hour.Take flour, instant yeast, 1 tsp salt, sugar, 1 tbsp oil in a bowl.
5. Add soaked semolina..mix well.Knead for 8 to 10 min.
6. Knead for 8 to 10 min.Devide into 3 parts.Roll each part into long rope.
7. Flatten using a rolling pin.Spread sauce.Place moong stuffing in the centre.Seal the edges.
8. Fold to give tree shape.Place on a piece of baking sheet.Cover & let it rise.
9. Heat a thick base tawa.Gently lift the baking sheet & place on tawa.Cover & cook till top looks cooked.
10. Turn it over..remove baking sheet.Cover & cook for a min. or two.Remove & serve hot.
