Methods
  • 1. Take buckwheat flour and saboodana powder put rock salt and oil bind the tight dough by adding water in it cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes
  • 2. Make dough balls and roll.
  • 3. Put a pan and pour ghee & heat & keep the flame high & put the rolled kachori then fry them on slow flame till it turns crispy.
  • 4. For filling the rajkachori
  • 5. Take a kachori put potato, tomato, cucumber, green chilli, apple, pomegranate, Banana, etc (any fruits of your choice)
  • 6. Put rock salt, black pepper , cumin powder, filling in the kachori put some sweet chuney ,green chutney, curd pomegranate & corionder leaves in this way falhari rajkachori is ready enjoy it.
