Ingredients For Flattened rice polau recipe

Methods
  • 1. Chop the vegetables, flattened rice must be washed properly, drain the water and keep it covered for at least ten minutes, it will swell up.
  • 2. Heat oil and add dry chillies. Cashew peanuts and kismis should be roasted. First fry the carrot and then one by one with all the vegetables
  • 3. Add flattened rice and mix it and fry it. If it is fried, mix the spices one by one and take it down with garam masala and creamy portion of milk.
  • 4. Turn off the gas oven
  • 5. Serve hot
