In a grinder, grind foxtail millet and make powder. Heat a pan and dry roast foxtail millet powder. Remove from heat and keep it in a plate.

Heat ghee in same pan and add foxtail millet powder and roast on medium flame. Roast till golden brown or nice aroma comes.

Add milk and cook till halwa Releases the pan. Add jaggery powder and cinnamon powder and mix. Cook for another 1 -2 minutes or till all jaggery absorbs. Add some chopped almonds.
4.
Serve hot garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
