Methods

How to make Fried karela recipe

1. Slightly peel the karela. Cut it into slices. Sprinkle some salt. Keep it aside for 10-20 minutes. Wash and squeeze extra water.
2. Heat oil. Shallow fry the karela on low medium heat till it becomes golden brown and crispy.
3. Add all the spices. Mix it well. Turn off the flame.
