Methods
  • 1. Peel carrots skins and grate it.
  • 2. Heat pan and add ghee.
  • 3. Added grated carrots and mix well.
  • 4. After few minutes added milk and mix well and cooked it.
  • 5. When carrots absorb all milk added malai in it.
  • 6. Afterwards added sugar in it and mix well.
  • 7. Sugar reduce water and cooked it till halwa remove pan..
  • 8. Added dry fruits in it and mix well .Ready to serve.
