Ingredients For Ginger Garlic Bites Recipe

Methods
  • 1. First of all boil the potatoes, peel them and keep aside
  • 2. In a mixer add chopped ginger, garlic, green chillies and garlic greens, mix it and make a coarse paste
  • 3. In a bowl, take boiled potatoes and mash them
  • 4. Now add green paste to this, 2 tablespoon of bread crumbs, chopped coriander and salt
  • 5. Mix all ingredients nicely and form a dough
  • 6. In a plate take rest of the bread crumbs as shown in picture
  • 7. Take a small portion of mixture in your palm and form a ball as shown in picture
  • 8. Keep this ball in a plate with bread crumbs and roll it so that bread crumbs is nicely coated all over the ball
  • 9. Repeat the procedure with rest of the mixture
  • 10. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry these balls on medium flame and enjoy with a cup of tea or coffee
  • 11. I served this with a simple green tomato and garlic chutney
