Mix all the ingredients well. Prepare a batter by adding water as required. Keep it covered for 30 minutes.

Check the mixture, now add salt to it. If the mixture looks thick, then add some more water and make it as thin as the dosa batter.

Heat a non stick pan properly. Then lower the flame and wipe it after greasing it with oil and water. Pour a ladleful of batter into it and spread it quickly.

Apply oil on both the sides and cook it till it becomes crisp.
