Methods
  • 1. Cut the cabbage into big pieces, boil it in hot water for 1 minute, then filter it and keep it aside.
  • 2. Combine the gram flour and all the ingredients in mixing bowl, add a little water and prepare a thick batter.
  • 3. Carefully put all the pieces of cabbage into this batter and coat it well.
  • 4. Heat the oil in the pan, fry these pakoras on a medium-low flame. When they fry well, then take them out in a plate.
  • 5. Place the pakoras on the rolling board and carefully press with the hand to give flat chap shape.
  • 6. Heat the oil back and fry these cauliflower chaps on medium heat until crisp.
  • 7. Remove them in a serving plate, top off the chaat masala. Serve hot with sauce or chutney.
