Ingredients For Gond ke laddu recipe

Methods
  • 1. Heat ghee in a pan and slightly roast almonds, cashew and pistachios on low flame. Roast for 1 minutes and remove from ghee.
  • 2. Grind the nuts in a grinder , not in a fine powder.
  • 3. Break the gond in small pieces. In hot ghee, add gond and puffed like a corn . Cool it and make fine powder With the help of rolling pin.
  • 4. Now add wheat flour in ghee and roast. Roast till golden brown in color and raw aroma goes out.
  • 5. Add gond powder, grated coconut, grinded nuts, khoya, milkmaid, powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix everything. Well. Stir continuously.
  • 6. When the mixture comes together off the flame. Cool down in room temperature. Make laddu of your choice in size. Keep it in air tight jar.
