GREEN TARO ROOT DHANIA CURRY RECIPE

TARO ROOT is also known as ARBI ,,which is called GATT KOCHU in Bengali. It is a completely new innovative recipe. The taro root has enormous antioxidants, fibres, vitamins and minerals. It has no such taste, so I have cooked it in a special way by using some ingredients like Dhania leaf,, Hing,, Casewnut and Kesri methi etc.

Ingredients For GREEN TARO ROOT DHANIA CURRY RECIPE

Methods
  • 1. Remove the skin of taro roots and potato and then cut into small pieces and wash these vegetables.
  • 2. Mix dhania leaves,, 4 green chili and cashew nut nicely and make a paste of these.
  • 3. Heat the pan and pour mustard oil and then add taro roots and potato pieces in it .
  • 4. Stir these vegetables for a while and add hing,, salt and ginger paste with it.
  • 5. After 10 mins stirring then add dhania, chilli, casewnut paste and after mixing add water and cover the pan.
  • 6. After 25 mins boiling remove the lid of the pan and the juice becomes dense.
  • 7. Now spread the kesri methi upon the taro root's preparation and mix it nicely.
  • 8. Now the delicious, absolutely amazing and tasty dish......... GREEN TARO ROOT DHANIA CURRY is ready to serve.
