Methods
  • 1. First, heat ghee in a pan and roast the semolina.
  • 2. Now add milk and sugar to it and stir it constantly.
  • 3. Now stir in condensed milk and cardamom powder one by one and add Gulkand .
  • 4. Once it is done, stir it well, next take it down and when it cools down, apply a little ghee on your hands and form it into a modak shape.
