Ingredients For Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Put besan in a frying pan and dry roast it.
  • 2. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, all the whole spices, ginger, garlic,chili and boiled chana daal.
  • 3. Fry for 2 minutes and after cooling, add ghee and grind it.
  • 4. Now heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan and fry it after adding spinach paste and gram paste, then mix the gram flour,salt,dry mango powder and turn off the gas.
  • 5. For stuffing mix the grated cheese,cashew pieces, mint leaves and nutmeg powder.
  • 6. Take a little mixture and close it with cheese,cashews masala in the middle.
  • 7. Shallow fry and serve hot with sauce.
