Ingredients For Hara bhara semolina spinach corn dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Mix semolina and curd and leave it for 10 minutes,then add water to adjust consistency
  • 2. Add salt,1 tsp oil, chilli Ginger paste, boiled corn, spinach paste in above mixture and mix well
  • 3. Grease the plate with oil and also prepare the steamer
  • 4. Add fruit salt in mixture and pour into greased plate
  • 5. Steam for 12-15 minutes or till done
  • 6. Put oil fried mustard and sesame seeds on dhokla
  • 7. Garnish with chopped tomato and onion n sev,and serve with green chutney
