Ingredients For Healthy Brown Rice Oats Dosa Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Soak 1cup urad dal, 2 cups brown rice, 1tsp Fenugreek seeds for 6 hours
  • 2. Add soaked grains to a blender & then add 1 cup oats & 1/2 cup water & grind it to smooth paste
  • 3. Transfer the batter to a container & rest it to fermentation for 7 hours
  • 4. Now mix batter well & add like dosa to a pan
  • 5. Add some oil & flip to both sides & serve
