How to make Healthy Heart Donuts (no maida and baked) recipe

Mix all the ingredients for donuts in a mixing bowl and knead it with stretch and fold method for around 5-7 minutes. Once they become non-sticky add 1 tbsp olive oil and knead for few more minutes.

Now when the dough becomes soft and elastic, keep it aside for about an hour till it becomes double in a greased bowl.

Now after the dough doubles knead it for a minute and roll it into a circle. Then with a heart shaped cookie cutter cut the dough.

Now with smaller heart shaped cookie cutter make a smaller impression and cut remove that. Now place this heart shaped donuts in a greased flat baking tray, carefully.

Bake them in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes with both rods on. Let them cool on cooling rack.

Now by double boiler method melt white chocolate and add some milk chocolate chips to it to get a little different colour. Now add the heavy cream to and mix well.

Dip the donuts into this prepared chocolate glaze and then sprinkle coloured sprinklers on half the side of it. And decorate with orange chocolate chips and heart sprinklers on the other side of the donuts.
