Ingredients For Healthy Sprouted Moong and Suji Dhokla Recipe

Methods
  • 1. Take a jar grind sprouted moong.
  • 2. Take a bowl add suji, Sprouted moong.
  • 3. Add curd, ginger n green chillies paste.
  • 4. Add salt mixed it properly keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • 5. Now add eno packet and water as required mixed it. Keep aside 2 minutes.
  • 6. Take a steamer apply oil on plate.
  • 7. Pour the batter and steam it 10 minutes.
  • 8. Now cool down and cut into pieces.
  • 9. Make tadka: Take a pan add oil heat it.
  • 10. Add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, jeera,pinch of hing,curry leaves.
  • 11. Add lemon juice , sugar, fresh coriander , 2 tbsp water bring to boiled.
  • 12. Add dhokla mixed it .
  • 13. Served it.
